User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all customer information, pricing, quantities, scope descriptions, payment information, email addresses, phone numbers, and other data entered into the Hydra Six platform before sending documents to customers.Hydra Six generates documents using information provided by the user. Hydra Six does not review, validate, or approve pricing, estimates, calculations, quantities, or scope of work. Users are solely responsible for all estimates and pricing sent to customers.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
Hydra Six may provide optional artificial intelligence (“AI”) features that assist users in rewriting, polishing, or improving user-provided content. AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or unintended changes in meaning.AI features do not independently verify or validate scope of work, pricing, quantities, specifications, exclusions, customer information, contractual terms, or other information provided by the user. AI-generated or AI-assisted content is provided as a drafting aid and is not a substitute for the user’s professional judgment or for legal, engineering, estimating, or other professional advice.Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing as necessary, and approving all AI-generated or AI-assisted content before sending, submitting, relying upon, or otherwise using such content. Use of an AI feature does not transfer responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or appropriateness of the resulting content to Hydra Six.
Platform and Document Limitations
Hydra Six is an automation platform and is not a contract management service, legal service, electronic signature platform, or substitute for professional legal advice. Users are solely responsible for obtaining any legally required approvals, signatures, contracts, permits, authorizations, or other documentation related to their projects.Hydra Six may generate and distribute proposals, change orders, and other documents using information submitted by users. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing such documents, obtaining customer approval when required, and maintaining any records necessary to establish legally enforceable agreements or change orders.
No Guarantee of Business Results
Hydra Six provides software and automation tools intended to assist users with their business workflows. Hydra Six does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in increased revenue, sales, leads, conversions, collections, profitability, project approvals, customer satisfaction, business growth, or any other particular business or financial outcome. Business results depend on factors outside of Hydra Six’s control.
Limitation of Liability and Customer Disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hydra Six shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.Hydra Six is not a party to agreements or transactions between users and their customers and is not responsible for disputes arising between them, including pricing or payment disputes, scope disagreements, project performance claims, warranty claims, customer complaints, chargebacks, cancellations, or legal proceedings.
Payment collection Responsibility
Hydra Six does not process, collect, hold, transfer, verify, or guarantee payments. Contractors are solely responsible for collecting, tracking, reconciling, and confirming all customer payments.
Customer Communications
Hydra Six provides automated communications tools, including email and SMS notifications on behalf of the user. Users remain solely responsible for content, accuracy, legality, timing, and appropriateness of all communications sent to customers.
Google Drive Storage
Hydra Six may automate the creation and organization of files within Google Drive. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, maintaining, backing up, and managing their records.
Transactional SMS Notifications
Contractors using Hydra Six are responsible for obtaining appropriate customer consent before enabling SMS notifications. Hydra Six only supports transactional messages related to an active service request, including proposals, change orders, payment requests, receipts, and job status updates. Marketing or promotional SMS messages are not supported through this service.
