User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all customer information, pricing, quantities, scope descriptions, payment information, email addresses, phone numbers, and other data entered into the Hydra Six platform before sending documents to customers.Hydra Six generates documents using information provided by the user. Hydra Six does not review, validate, or approve pricing, estimates, calculations, quantities, or scope of work. Users are solely responsible for all estimates and pricing sent to customers.
Limitation of Liability
Hydra Six is not a contract management, legal service, or electronic signature platform. Users are solely responsible for obtaining any legally binding approvals, signatures, contracts, permits, authorizations, or documentation required for their projects.Hydra Six may generate and distribute change order documents based on information submitted by the user. Users remain solely responsible for obtaining customer approval and maintaining legally enforceable records of any change orders.Hydra Six does not guarantee increased revenue, customer conversations, collections, sales, project approvals, customer satisfaction, or business growth.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydra Six shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages arising from the use of the platform.Hydra Six is not responsible for disputes between contractors and their customers, including but not limited to pricing disputes, payment disputes, scope disagreements, project performance claims, warranty claims, customer complaints, chargebacks, cancellations, or legal proceedings.
Payment collection Responsibility
Hydra Six does not process, collect, hold, transfer, verify, or guarantee payments. Contractors are solely responsible for collecting, tracking, reconciling, and confirming all customer payments.
Customer Communications
Hydra Six provides automated communications tools, including email and SMS follow-up. Users remain solely responsible for content, accuracy, legality, timing, and appropriateness of all communications sent to customers.
Google Drive Storage
Hydra Six may automate the creation and organization of files within Google Drive. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, maintaining, backing up, and managing their records.
